Flexible plans (weekly or bi-weekly) are available to meet your needs.  We provide detailed status reports via email or verbally after every visit.  During each visit, the following items will be monitored:

· Exterior check of grounds, building, lanai and pool area

· Monitor thermostat settings, refrigerator temperatures, circuit breaker panels

· Interior check of major components of residence for visual sign of water damage, insect, pests or rodents

· Cycle water by flushing toilets, run water in tubs and shower

· Check hot water heater

· Run dishwasher on short cycle

· Enable security system and lock doors

· Turn off the water supply upon departure
