I Spy Home Watch, LLC provides home watch and concierge services to seasonal residents of Naples and Marco Island.

Our company is insured, bonded and licensed. Our staff has been trained to spot issues before they become major problems. We offer flexible plans (weekly or bi-weekly visits) to meet your needs. Detailed status reports are sent via email or verbally after each visit.

Jim Rowe, Owner, has 30 years of customer service experience from his ‘first career’ in Sales and Management. A native of California, Jim has vacationed in Naples since 1989 to visit family. In 2002, Jim purchased a 2^nd home in Naples as a seasonal rental. During this time, he became all too familiar with the need/value of a trusted Home Watch Professional. When Jim retired to Naples, he decided his extensive customer service experience and hard work ethic were a good match with Home Watch business, and thus his 2^nd career – ‘I Spy Home Watch’ was founded.
